Reglas e Instrucciones
1. El capitán y la tripulación darán una charla de seguridad antes de zarpar. Todas las instrucciones deben cumplirse.
2. Permanezca sentado o sujeto a un área segura mientras el catamarán esté en movimiento.
3. Ingrese al agua solo cuando la tripulación lo autorice. El uso de chaleco salvavidas es obligatorio en actividades acuáticas (snorkel, paddle, nado).
4. Respete las zonas de nado designadas e indicadas por la tripulación. Está prohibido correr, empujar o realizar conductas imprudentes a bordo.
5. No interfiera con el equipo de navegación ni con áreas restringidas de la tripulación. El capitán puede limitar alcohol si afecta la seguridad.
6. Si las condiciones del mar o clima son inseguras, el capitán puede modificar o cancelar el itinerario.
7. Cualquier daño a la embarcación/equipo causado por negligencia será responsabilidad económica del participante.
Riesgos de la Actividad
- Resbalones, tropiezos o caídas a bordo.
- Lesiones durante actividades acuáticas (snorkel, nado, paddle board).
- Posibles colisiones con arrecifes, rocas, otras embarcaciones u objetos flotantes.
- Mareo, deshidratación, insolación o reacciones adversas.
- Riesgo de lesiones graves o muerte por incumplir reglas o instrucciones.
Declaración de Responsabilidad
Declaro estar en buen estado de salud y no bajo efectos de alcohol, drogas o sustancias que alteren mi juicio.
Entiendo y asumo voluntariamente los riesgos, incluyendo lesión, daño a la propiedad o muerte.
Me comprometo a cumplir todas las reglas e instrucciones del capitán y la tripulación.
Entiendo que cualquier acción negligente de mi parte que cause daños será mi responsabilidad económica.
Exoneración y Liberación de Responsabilidad
Por mí, mis herederos y representantes, libero, indemnizo y mantengo indemne a Vela Tropical Catamaran Experience SRL, sus dueños, capitanes, tripulación, empleados y agentes de cualquier reclamación, pérdida o responsabilidad relacionada con lesiones, discapacidad, muerte o daños a la propiedad, ya sea por negligencia u otra causa, en la mayor medida permitida por la ley.
Menores de Edad
Como padre/madre o tutor legal, consiento la participación del menor, y libero e indemnizo a los liberados por cualquier responsabilidad derivada de su participación, incluso si se origina en negligencia, en la mayor medida permitida por la ley.

Instructions and Rules
1. The captain and crew will provide a safety briefing before departure. All instructions must be followed.
2. Remain seated or hold onto secure areas while the vessel is in motion.
3. Enter the water only when authorized by the crew. Life jackets are mandatory during water activities (snorkeling, paddle boarding, swimming).
4. Stay within designated swim areas. Running, pushing, or reckless behavior on deck is prohibited.
5. Do not interfere with navigation equipment or restricted crew areas. The captain may limit alcohol if safety is compromised.
6. If sea or weather conditions are unsafe, the captain may modify or cancel the itinerary.
7. Any damage to the vessel/equipment caused by negligence will be the participant’s financial responsibility.
Risks Involved
- Slips, trips, or falls aboard the vessel.
- Injuries during water activities (snorkeling, swimming, paddle boarding).
- Possible collisions with reefs, rocks, other vessels, or floating objects.
- Seasickness, dehydration, sunburn, or adverse reactions.
- Risk of serious injury or death due to failure to follow safety rules or crew instructions.
Acknowledgment of Responsibility
I declare that I am in good health and not under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or substances impairing judgment.
I fully understand and voluntarily assume the risks, including injury, property damage, or death.
I agree to comply with all rules and instructions given by the captain and crew.
I understand that any negligent action on my part causing damage will be my financial responsibility.
Release of Liability
For myself, my heirs, and representatives, I release, indemnify, and hold harmless Vela Tropical Catamaran Experience SRL, its owners, captains, crew, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, losses, and liabilities related to any injury, disability, death, or property damage, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
For Participants Under 18
As parent/guardian, I consent to the minor’s participation and release and indemnify the Releasees from any liability arising from the minor’s participation, even if due to negligence, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
